What's a Sporty Mama?

I thought long and hard about what to name this blog. I wanted it to be a fun way to describe myself. I have a wide range of hobbies and interests. I guess you could say I'm kind of weird. I love art, design, fashion. But then add in the sports factor (or obsession is a better word to describe it) and you have a Sporty Mama.

I keep things simple. And I love to laugh. Life is beautiful and simple when I can laugh. I'm always looking out for ways to spice up my life, wardrobe, my home, my son and my husband. Oh yeah, and we are on a budget so I don't always have the money to do things. So I have to get creative. My home is decorated with bright, colorful paintings that I have created. I post pictures from time to time.

AND I'm a sports junky. I come by it honest. My dad taught me everything I know. First and foremost I love football! I'm not obsessive as I use to be (no really I'm not), but I still love it. Secondly, I LOVE Auburn!!!! Football, baseball, basketball, swimming and diving. My TV stays on ESPN. I play fantasy football and I'm the only girl in the league. I also love running and exercising. It has been hard to accommodate this with a baby but I've managed.
